Delivery, Returns & Refunds

Please read the following information before returning products ordered on the roadmarkerposts.co.uk online shop website and delivered by Blakedale Limited. Your statutory rights are not affected by this information.

Delivery of Faulty or Damaged Products

In the unlikely event that a delivered product is faulty or damaged we will exchange it or provide you with a full refund, as long as we are notified of the products fault within 30 days of it being delivered to you.

To arrange for a product (or products) to be collected by us, you should contact us by sending an email (using the form on the ‘contact us’ web page) or call us on 01257 263616 with your order number and details of the product to be returned. We will collect it at no expense to yourself, and either provide a replacement or process a refund.

The cost of the return will be at our expense. NOTE: For the return to be at our expense, we require the return of the product within 14 days of the refund request, ie the product must be returned within 14 days of the refund request being made.

Proof of purchase is required for returns of products purchased online and any refund will be made to the account holder (registered user of our website).

We reserve the right to inspect all returned products prior to agreeing to any part refund, full refund or product exchange.

Bespoke Products

Bespoke products may not be returned unless they are deemed to be faulty or have been damaged in transit.
